Paddle Mixer machine:
This machine is specifically designed to mix wet, moist, and dry refractory mass. Its main advantage lies in its ability to mix materials quickly and produce a high-quality final mixture.The mixer is primarily used in the production of refractory concrete, which is used in the construction of all type of furnaces, boilers, tundish, ladle, chimneys, and other industrial applications in the metallurgical and steel making plant and another industry that are need refractory.
Performance of mixers:
Mixers work based on the principle of rotating mixing arms at high speed inside a fixed tank. The aim is to mix the contents of the tank without any sticking to the tank’s body or bottom. This is why several arms(paddles) work simultaneously to perform the mixing action. The design of the mixing arms and paddle is unique and adjustable under license. The mixing blade is powered by an electric gear motor that needs little maintenance.
Electrical Panel:
In order to comply with safety precautions, this mixer was constructed using a contactor switchboard that includes overload and overvoltage protection, as well as an emergency switch.
Power Transfer:
This type of mixer is distinguished by its use of a helical electro-gearbox with a German rolling design. This creates a highly efficient and powerful output, allowing it to mix masses with minimum water and density, while maintaining high adhesion. The electric gearbox has a service factor of 1.6.
Door design:
The mixer has a unique design that includes an exit door made of a special material to allow for quick and easy discharge. Additionally, to ensure the best quality mixing of refractory mass, the paddles of the stirrer can rotate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
