This includes the design and provision of refractory drawings and technical proposals for various equipment and furnaces in industries such as steel, cement, petrochemicals, and more. It also encompasses the design of various refractory components in different shapes and geometries, as well as the design and manufacturing of molds for producing special components and various refractory materials.
Installation and Commissioning Services

Equipment

● Paddle Mixer
The success of a large portion of castable refractory installation depends on theeffective mixing and stirring of the refractory mass. Therefore, the mixers used by this company are from the European brand Filmos, with capacities ranging from 180 to 550 liters.
● Gunning Machine
The quality of execution and the amount of rebound of dry-sprayed refractory materials are directly related to the type of gunning machine. The use of non-standard equipment that is not suitable for the type of refractory will significantly increase the rebound of the material, and the expected mechanicalproperties of the installed material will not be met.
