Services
Design and Engineering Services
This includes the design and provision of refractory drawings and technical proposals for various equipment and furnaces in industries such as steel, cement, petrochemicals, and more. It also encompasses the design of refractory components in different shapes and geometries, as well as the design and manufacturing of molds for producing special components and refractory materials.
This stage typically includes lining thickness calculations, refractory material selection by zone (based on thermal load, chemical exposure, and mechanical stress), and shop-drawing packages that installation crews can execute directly on site.
Installation and Commissioning Services
Accuracy and the correct application of methods during the installation of refractory products are our top priorities. We have invested significantly in this area and are committed to serving our clients.The drying process of refractory components is carried out with precision and adherence to temperature gradients using specially designed programmable dryers.
Our installation and drying services include the installation of various refractory materials in industries such as steel, cement, and petrochemicals, as well as systematic dryingoperations for equipment and refractory materials inaccordance with temperature gradients.
After-Sales Service, Consultation, and Supervision
Our engineering services department takes a specialized approach to the implementation of refractory materials and is committed to helping clients in any industry, under any working conditions, achieve maximum efficiency from their installed refractory materials.
Our after-sales service, consultation, and supervision services include:
- Explaining and ensuring compliance with refractory material installation instructions under various conditions
- Guidance on storage, molding, concrete mixing, and bricklaying
- Consulting, training, and supervision for ongoing projects
For clients who manage their own installation crews, we also offer a standalone refractory lining installation supervision service – our engineers oversee execution quality and drying compliance without taking on the full installation contract.

Equipment We Use
The equipment used in refractory work varies depending on the project and includes a range of specialized machines and tools, including paddle mixers, gunning machines, brick saws, and vibrators.
● Paddle Mixer
The success of a large portion of castable refractory installation depends on effective mixing of the refractory mass. We use mixers from the European brand Filmos, with capacities ranging from 180 to 550 liters.
● Gunning Machine
The quality of execution and rebound rate of dry-sprayed refractory materials is directly related to the type of gunning machine used. Non-standard equipment unsuited to the refractory type significantly increases material rebound, and the expected mechanical properties of the installed lining will not be met. We select gunning equipment matched to each specific job.
● Brick Saws
Due to the sensitivity of refractory materials, this work must be carried out with precision. High-precision, safe cutting machines are a priority in this unit.
● Vibrators
Suitable vibrators are essential for compacting castable refractory materials and removing trapped air. We use vibrating tables, body vibrators, and electric, pneumatic, and hose vibrators depending on the application.
